Born many years ago to a tribe of African Howler monkeys, Todd was snatched up by a local trapper at the age of 7 and sold on the black market to a traveling band of Gypsy’s. He received his formal education from the Gypsy’s performing many Con’s and Grif’s until one day he was apprehended by local authorities and sent to a correctional facility for young men. After a daring escape, at age 15, that left one guard sterile and another walking with a severe limp he has been on the run ever since. Over time he has drifted from town to town fraternizing with other low lives such as BatBoy and Pink Balls Pete (don’t ask). Some time in the early 90’s he helped form a group known as High Speed Productions. As fate would have it, a young man named “Roulette” joined the crew after the other front man (Kevin “Crackhead” Kraack) went insane and disappeared into oblivion. After many years tearing shit up at various river runs and events, High Speed came to an end. Most of the members went their separate ways occasionally sending Christmas cards back and forth. Not too long after MadHouse FX was born. Roulette shortened his name to “Ro” and started putting together his rag tag team of DJs, Emcee’s and former convicts. Using his formidable intellect Ro got Todd drunk on Jack Daniels and Wine coolers and convinced him to sign a life long contract with MadHouse FX. And this is the story of Todd Ryan joining the team.
Besides Kittens, rainbows and candle lit dinners on the beach, Todd enjoys spending time with MadHouse hosting various events and trying to figure out how to put two beats together (he has been diagnosed with White Boys disease). He also has a Commercial Production company that has produced spots for radio stations around California. If you listen very carefully you may hear some of his work. He produces all of the MadHouse drops and liners and lends his talents to others in the group such as 415pc. If you need some work done, he’s the man to do it. Yes, he is a little insane and sometimes runs with scissors, but as long as you don’t stand too close or look him directly in the eye I’m sure you’ll understand why he was chosen as a team member of MadHouse FX.
